The CNC light positioner is a self-developed and designed by our company Wuxi Lemar under the good rigidity structure of the BWJ positioner, which has the functions of high precision, large torque, wide speed range, and precise angle setting.It adopts an automatic control system. 1. The driving motor of the CNC positioner is a stepping motor with high precision, high torque and good control performance
2. The speed regulation range is wide, and the speed regulation range of the welding positioner can be set arbitrarily between 0.01-9rpm
3. The controller of the stepping automatic welding turntable is equipped with a memory storage function.
After setting various parameters, the memory can be automatically extracted when the machine is turned on next time, and there is no need to set the parameters again
4. This product has the function of linkage with the welding machine, and can be used in conjunction with welding robots and precision welding operations to achieve linkage control
